Depends. If your toes are fairly close to the ground, the path through your body, across the air, and to the ground might have low enough resistance that you'll get rekt. If the cable is high up, you might be all right if you magically teleported there, but otherwise, you had to be pretty close to something (e.g. a crane) that will still screw you over.
